Job Summary
The Content Creator is responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality, engaging content for Akadu Bistro’s social media channels, website, and other digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, storytelling, and technical skills to capture the brand’s voice and connect with the audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development
- Create visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, for social media, the website, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key offerings, such as menu updates, promotions, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Ensure content is consistent with Akadu Bistro’s brand identity, tone, and style.
2. Website Content Management
- Update and optimize website content, including menus, promotions, and blog posts, to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to maintain a user-friendly, visually engaging, and SEO-optimized website.
- Refresh outdated content to keep the website dynamic and engaging.
3. Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and post content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Monitor trends and leverage hashtags to maximize engagement and reach.
4. Comprehensive Digital Presence Management
- Establish Akadu Bistro’s presence on new platforms, such as Pinterest, LinkedIn, or YouTube, to expand audience reach.
- Optimize existing digital profiles, including Google My Business, to ensure accuracy and engagement.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for consistency across digital channels.
5. Customer Feedback Integration
- Monitor feedback from social media, Google Reviews, and other platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct surveys and polls to gather customer insights and preferences.
- Use feedback to refine content strategies and recommend improvements to the customer experience.
6. Online Reputation Management
- Track and respond to reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
- Address negative feedback professionally and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Proactively manage Akadu Bistro’s online reputation by identifying and addressing potential risks.
